Quick and Healthy Peanut Butter, Honey, Oatmeal Bars

Looking for a quick and healthy snack? This no-bake recipe will give you a delicious and nutritious snack in no time! All you need:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup Royal Wilderness honey
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
Now to get started, line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
 
In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt. Heat until thoroughly blended.
 
Remove from the heat. Add your oats. Stir until the oats are evenly coated. Now pour the mixture into the pan and press it down. (Optional step: drizzle with dark chocolate)
Let them sit for a few hours, or overnight.  And in the morning, you'll have a delicious and nutritious snack :)
